Although we don't like
pain, there is a good reason for it as it is the body's way of telling
us that something is wrong and to stop us from making a situation
worse. It can be caused by anything from a dental cavity to a broken
bone to a disease but once we determine where the pain is coming from,

larger quantities to work or are afraid of the side effects so are

diet with plenty of fruit, whole grains and vegetables, with a
reduction in the consumption of processed foods.
Many people cut back on the amount of sleep they have which is a
mistake as sleep in the correct amounts is a time when the body repairs
itself but exercise should not be forgotten either as even walking is a
very healthy physical activity.
